we will all remember the great Busby Babes, Flowers of Manchester, we will never forget, what they were and what they could have become. A part of United, Football and English History, that shall never be forgotten nor ridiculed.

We'll never die, we'll never die, we'll never die, we'll never die, we'll keep the red flag flying high, cause Man United will never die!

It's always sad this time of year we think about what might have been
Some of the greatest names in football we're proud to say played for
United and made history
It's sad they didn't reach their dream but we will never forget that
special team
The Busby Babes it's true to say will always be remembered in a
special way
God bless

My grandad talked of that team with real excitement.
He talked of Duncan Edwards in only the same way that he talked of Bobby.
I'll always remember.

Feb 6th 1958. A day no football fan will ever forget. Young or old, they will no doubt have been told about the chilling events that happenend on that fateful Thursday. As a plane carrying our Busby Babes had stopped to refuel in Munich on the way back from a triumphant win against Red Star in Belgrade. After refueling the plane tried in vain 2 take off 3 times. On the third attempt the pilot lost control and the plane skidded along an icy runway and crashed. 8 of our Busby Babes had their lives tragically cut short as a result. So in memory of those who died in Munich lest we forget, The flowers of Manchester. Whoever u support, even our bitter rivals, football should be put 2 1 side 2day, out of respect to remember, The Busby Babes. RIP Gone But Never Forgotten. GGMU
